Join Intercare Therapy as an ABA Program Manager, where you'll lead the development of behavior intervention plans for students with significant behavioral challenges, collaborating with educational teams for effective implementation.
Design, implement, and evaluate environmental modifications and instructional protocols
Collaborate with and train the educational team on BIP implementation
Provide direct supervision to the assigned Behavior Technician team
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in education, psychology, counseling, behavior analysis, behavior science, human development, social work, rehabilitation, or related field
Strong ABA, Program Management, and clinical skills
Preferred Qualifications
Enrollment in and/or completion of behavior-analytic coursework
2+ years of experience implementing behavior treatment under the supervision of a BCBA
2+ years of experience with students demonstrating significant behavioral challenges
1+ year experience working in a school setting
