Job Description Summary:
This position leads the planning, organization and management of the clinical division(s) located at the Central Laboratory. The Central Lab provides services and testing for all 8 of the OhioHealth hospital labs. He/she develops and implements appropriate laboratory policies and practices in compliance with hospital policy and with state, federal and other regulatory agencies. This position establishes and maintains interdepartmental relationships with all of the system labs, key hospital customers, and Outreach clients. This position is responsible for all 4 areas of the balanced scorecard including customer service, quality, associate satisfaction, and financial performance for the division cost center(s) and for the rolled up Metrics of OhioHealth Laboratory Services.Responsibilities And Duties:
