Job Description
Join Hardee's as a Restaurant Manager and lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional service and quality. You will foster a positive work environment, manage daily operations, and drive sales growth while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness are met.
Key Responsibilities
Operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager
Assist in achieving sales growth through maintaining standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
Interview and hire qualified staff
Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant
Train and develop crew under the direction of the Senior/General Manager
Maintain an adequate supply of all products necessary to operate the restaurant
Control inventory to meet company standards
Maintain reports and records in compliance with regulations
Ensure adherence to cash procedures
Recognize and adhere to all HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older
2 years of management experience
Available to work all shifts and weekends
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Valid Drivers License
Strong conflict-resolution skills
