Key Responsibilities
Drive key sourcing events and negotiations
Manage and negotiate deals for select supplier relationships
Coordinate with various departments for effective sourcing
Champion third party risk management compliance
Develop and execute supplier negotiation strategies
Collaborate with teams to align key contracting elements
Lead supplier onboarding and offboarding activities
Determine and lead supplier specific ongoing monitoring plan
Required Qualifications
3+ years procurement, sourcing and negotiation experience
Preferred Qualifications
B.S. in business or related fields
Experience in financial or insurance industry
Experience in working complex sourcing projects
Experience creating and leading RFI/RFX sourcing activities
Strong understanding of supplier management activities
Capable of handling broad-scope projects independently
Team player with collaboration skills
Extensive experience in negotiating agreements
