Job Description
Join Edward Jones as an Automation Engineer III to drive automation for a new Workplace Retirement product. Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to ensure quality through innovative testing solutions. Be a key player in transforming the advisor-client relationship with emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Automating development work through test & production environments
Delivering traceability, reporting, and analysis within delivery teams
Designing, coding, testing, deploying, and maintaining automation solutions
Mentoring others on building test suites
Communicating automation needs to product owners
Summarizing test findings and providing remediation recommendations
Reducing test debt and speeding delivery of features
Participating in Agile ceremonies and using Jira effectively
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience
7+ Years of experience in test automation
Experience with Selenium, Serenity, Jmeter, Rest Assured, JAVA, SQL, Appium
Object-oriented programming
Defect tracking software for agile teams (e.g., Jira, Qtest)
Documenting test plans and results
Mentoring and coaching product teams in agile environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in financial services industry and understanding of regulatory requirements
