Key Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver daily lesson plans
Develop individual plans for each child including goal setting
Address challenging behaviors and implement preventive measures
Implement child-centered curriculum and learning environment
Document children's progress and individualize curriculum
Participate in meetings, training sessions, and maintain confidentiality
Fulfill role as mandated reporter
Perform other work-related duties as requested
Required Qualifications
Criminal background check
Basic computer literacy (email, word processing, internet navigation)
Child Development Associate Credential or commitment to enroll in 90-hour child care certification; Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Creative Curriculum for Preschool/Infant, Toddler & Two’s and Frog Street curriculum
