Key Responsibilities
Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary school students
Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students’ communication goals
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for services
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Valid state SLP license or eligibility
Preferred Qualifications
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
Previous experience in a school setting
Strong communication and collaboration skills
