Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the promotion of the psychiatry portfolio to Psychiatrist and Institutional Accounts
  • Execute sales and marketing strategies with comprehensive clinical knowledge
  • Use digital tools and data-based insights for business planning
  • Build and maintain productive internal and external relationships
  • Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and address payer access issues
  • Adhere to pharmaceutical and regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Sciences degree from an accredited college or university
  • 4+ years pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device sales or related healthcare sales experience
  • Demonstrated intellectual capacity to score highly on disease and product training exams
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and outstanding communication skills
  • Skills in building and maintaining professional relationships with key customers
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office software
  • Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries
  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
  • Meeting industry-standard credentialing requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience promoting products specific to CNS/neuroscience
  • Documented successful sales performance
  • Ownership and accountability for account plans
  • Strong analytical background and experience using sales data reporting tools
  • Experience in calling on customers in various settings
  • Sales experience with buy & bill/injectable products
  • Experience in product launches
  • Previous experience with alliance partners
  • Strong leadership through participation in committees and related activities
