Job Description
Join Touchstone Communities as a Regional Director of Sales and Marketing, where you'll lead growth initiatives across skilled nursing facilities in South Texas. This pivotal role involves coaching teams, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with executives to enhance brand strength and census growth.
Key Responsibilities
Provide oversight, coaching, and support to the sales and admissions teams at 10 skilled nursing communities
Partner with executive and operational leaders for census growth and brand strength
Conduct routine community visits with weekly travel (3-4 days per week)
Analyze regional market trends and assist communities in meeting census goals
Contribute to quarterly business planning and marketing strategy development
Participate in system-wide sales initiatives
Required Qualifications
Proven track record in census development
Referral relationship management
Team coaching
Previous experience as an Area or Regional Sales & Business Development Manager within long-term care, post-acute, or senior living
Must reside in the greater Rio Grande Valley or Corpus Christi, TX region
