Job Description
As a Loan Advisor at DriveTime, you will engage with customers to collect past due payments and negotiate payment plans while fostering positive relationships. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on customers' financial journeys and contribute to their path to vehicle ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Collect past due payments and negotiate payment plans
Make inbound and outbound contact with customers regarding past-due balances
Educate and build relationships with customers to influence them to make needed payments
Navigate multiple systems to review account information and process payments
Monitor and ensure regular follow-up on loan repayment agreements
Assist customers with debt repayment plans
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in collections, customer service, sales or retail industry
Ability to pass a drug test and a background check
