Key Responsibilities
Build lasting relationships with customers by providing trusted advice
Assist customers with financial solutions for spending, saving, borrowing, and investing
Collaborate with partners in Wealth Management and Business Banking
Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups
Follow financial policies and procedures, including cash handling
Required Qualifications
High School degree or GED required
2 years of sales and customer service experience
Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs
Proven success in building relationships and recommending products
Demonstrated skills in using digital technology
Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions
Ability to strengthen relationships through collaboration
Self-motivated and ability to multitask
Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings
Compliance with SAFE Act requirements
Completion of a video interview assessment
Preferred Qualifications
1 year cash handling experience
