Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate a customer-focused environment that delivers exceptional customer experiences
  • Build genuine customer relationships by ensuring high associate engagement and customer service levels
  • Model brand behaviors and cultivate a customer-centric culture
  • Onboard new hires and develop an effective team of associates
  • Create an inclusive store environment for associates
  • Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching for associates
  • Uphold brand visual standards for merchandise
  • Lead activities to drive store's performance, including financial and operational objectives
  • Balance selling responsibilities and store operations activities

Required Qualifications

  • 1 year retail management experience (preferred)
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong people management skills and ability to develop talent
  • Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
  • Strong business acumen and ability to create action plans to drive results
