Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Execute Acquisition 365, renewing, upgrading, cross-selling BJs Loyalty Programs
Handle merchandise returns, exchanges, pick-ups, and general customer service inquiries
Deliver exceptional member service
Promote BJs membership options and drive goal achievement
Maintain club policies and procedures
Assist with BOPIC orders

Required Qualifications

Prior front line/customer service experience
Results driven with proven success in goal achievement

Preferred Qualifications

Previous sales experience
Basic math skills
Computer proficiency
