Job Description & Requirements

• 48 hours per week
• Shift: 12 hours, nights

Experience Requirements:

• Current OB/L&D experience required
• CAH experience strongly encouraged
• Postpartum, Maternal/Baby, and lactation experience
• Apgar testing experience
• NRP certification through AHA

Certifications Required:

• AWHONN
• BLS (AHA)
• NRP

Licensure: New Hampshire RN license required (compact allowed)

OB Unit manages high-risk pregnancy care, including but not limited to:

• Preterm labor
• Hypertension in pregnancy
• Diabetes management
• VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean)
• Prenatal testing & amniocentesis
• Childbirth education classes

1. Every other weekend and holiday rotation if scheduled 2. No on-call required
