Key Responsibilities
Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop care plans
Select and administer anesthetics and manage equipment
Administer anesthesia and sedation during procedures
Monitor patients and adjust care as needed
Manage patient emergence and recovery
Implement pain management strategies
Provide emergency interventions
Ensure compliance and collaborate with healthcare teams
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia educational program
Current State Licensure
BLS and ACLS certification
National Board Certification for Nurse Anesthetists
8–12 years of related experience or equivalent education and experience
Preferred Qualifications
5 years of CRNA experience
Competent in clinical CRNA performance
Proficient in operating anesthesia equipment
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of infection control practices
