Is on-call required? Yes Standby when not needed on unit
Are weekends required? Yes Variable and rotating
Are block schedules required? No
What are expected ratios? 1:3
Special requirements: Level 3 or 4 NICU skills. NICU Charge RN and Delivery/Resuscitation experience; Must be willing to rotate- travelers are not switched frequently. Managers assess the needs each schedule period and decides if it's necessary to move traveler to a different shift.
Are 48 hours approved: No
