As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead multi-craft projects worth over $200 million, ensuring exceptional safety, quality, and execution. This role involves directing engineering teams, managing client relationships, and supervising a large workforce on diverse project sites across the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage entire site management team
Communicate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
Champion Corporate Safety Plan and develop site-specific safety plans
Manage cost forecasting and budgeting processes
Supervise up to 500 employees across various departments
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering and construction management
Experience in heavy industrial construction in industries such as fossil power generation, mining, metals, heavy manufacturing
Eleven (11) years of construction field experience
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of MIC Health and Safety programs and project specific regulations
Ability to read and analyze engineering plans and contract documents
Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
