Job Description

The District Sales Manager will lead and develop a team of Sales Consultants, driving performance and sales growth in the Milwaukee area. This role emphasizes coaching, customer engagement, and strategic planning to achieve profitable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the performance and development of Sales Consultants
  • Conduct coaching sessions and lead district meetings
  • Enable Customer Engagement efforts
  • Drive sales through consultative selling techniques
  • Utilize CRM for sales planning and customer engagement
  • Support national campaigns and promotions
  • Execute territory planning and management

Required Qualifications

  • High School education required
  • 2+ years' experience in foodservice sales
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Superb organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5+ years' foodservice sales experience
  • Mastery of consultative selling and marketing principles
