Job Description
The District Sales Manager will lead and develop a team of Sales Consultants, driving performance and sales growth in the Milwaukee area. This role emphasizes coaching, customer engagement, and strategic planning to achieve profitable results.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the performance and development of Sales Consultants
Conduct coaching sessions and lead district meetings
Enable Customer Engagement efforts
Drive sales through consultative selling techniques
Utilize CRM for sales planning and customer engagement
Support national campaigns and promotions
Execute territory planning and management
Required Qualifications
High School education required
2+ years' experience in foodservice sales
Excellent interpersonal skills
Superb organizational and project management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
5+ years' foodservice sales experience
Mastery of consultative selling and marketing principles
