Required Qualifications
Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
Experience leading technical and cost proposals
Experience with earned value management and program management skills
Experience presenting program and technical issues to senior leadership
Experience in Microwave/RF system analysis, design and test
Experience leading cross-functional teams
Experience with transitioning products to production
Experience managing diverse tasks across competing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
6 years of relevant professional experience managing cross-functional teams
Advanced degree in Engineering discipline
Experience developing SOW requirements
Ability to lead programmatic and technical discussions
EV Certified or able to achieve EV certification within first year
PMX Level 6 Certified or able to achieve PMX Level 4 Certification within two years
IPDS knowledge and experience
Raytheon Technologies process improvement certification
Experience in agile hardware development
