Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
  • Experience leading technical and cost proposals
  • Experience with earned value management and program management skills
  • Experience presenting program and technical issues to senior leadership
  • Experience in Microwave/RF system analysis, design and test
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Experience with transitioning products to production
  • Experience managing diverse tasks across competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 years of relevant professional experience managing cross-functional teams
  • Advanced degree in Engineering discipline
  • Experience developing SOW requirements
  • Ability to lead programmatic and technical discussions
  • EV Certified or able to achieve EV certification within first year
  • PMX Level 6 Certified or able to achieve PMX Level 4 Certification within two years
  • IPDS knowledge and experience
  • Raytheon Technologies process improvement certification
  • Experience in agile hardware development
