Required Qualifications
4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
2+ years of leadership experience

Independent judgement and critical thinking skills
Experience in customer segments including affluent and small business
Experience building relationships with customers and partners
Extensive experience in identifying complex financial needs
Ability to lead a team in digital banking education
Knowledge of banking industry laws and regulations
Military experience related to personnel management
