Job Description
Join St. Vincent's Medical Center as an RN Clinical Services Leader in Adolescent Psychiatry, where you'll play a crucial role in patient care management and staff support. Key Responsibilities
Assist with management of patient care activities and assigned staff.
Provide direction and support to unit staff.
Supervise admissions and conduct assessments of patients' needs.
Facilitate planning, implementation, development, and evaluation of nursing initiatives and objectives.
Serve as a liaison between the manager, staff, and other areas within the organization.
Provide hands-on nursing support and coaching for the nursing team.
Required Qualifications
Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Connecticut Department of Public Health
BSN Required
Certified BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in psychiatric nursing
