Join Baylor Scott & White Health as a Cardiac Sonographer Level II, where you'll perform advanced cardiac ultrasound services, aiding in the diagnosis of cardiac abnormalities and enhancing patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare patients for procedures and obtain clinical history
Perform basic to advanced cardiac ultrasound procedures
Identify and define cardiac abnormalities
Assist physicians in procedure and operating rooms
Record statistics and perform daily maintenance of the Echocardiography Lab
Act as a resource to staff, physicians, and students
Implement protocols for new technology
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an Accredited Program
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) or Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS)
Preferred Qualifications
Less than 1 year of experience
