Job Description

As a Geek Squad Agent, you will be the first point of contact for technology support at Best Buy. This role involves assisting customers with their tech needs, providing solutions, and maintaining a positive customer experience. If you love technology and helping others, this is the job for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide positive, timely service to customers during the check-in and checkout process
  • Understand technology issues by asking questions, listening, and providing accurate time estimates for next steps
  • Help customers set up new devices and advise on whether to repair or replace old devices
  • Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers
  • Maintain knowledge and skillsets through certified training courses
  • Clearly communicate and partner with fellow agents

Required Qualifications

  • 3 months of experience working in retail or customer service
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

  • Passion for technology and desire to solve problems
  • Ability to adapt and learn new skills in a fast-paced industry
