Job Description

Join Quill, a part of the Staples family, as an Inside Sales Manager where you'll drive business growth through outbound calls and custom pricing solutions. You'll play a critical role in fostering customer relationships and enhancing sales strategies in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to non-ordering prospects or existing customers to drive new business and sales growth
  • Create and present custom pricing solutions to potential high growth customers
  • Leverage education contracts to acquire new customers or drive growth for existing ones
  • Qualify prospects based on customer size, spend, and potential
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas and key metrics
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Seek ways to improve through coaching

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D
  • 1+ years of sales or other relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven acquisition, sales, or account management experience
