Job Description

Join Staples as an Inside Sales Manager and be part of a dynamic team that drives sales growth and partnership development. Collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance visibility of Quill business solutions while ensuring a rewarding work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create monthly coop marketing collateral and communicate with external buying group partners.
  • Manage vendor portals by auditing and updating content.
  • Partner with marketing channels to promote Quill offerings to non-purchasing members.
  • Serve as primary contact for contract support including onboarding and quote requests.
  • Train sales teams on buying group updates and sales initiatives.
  • Assist with conference setup and attendance tracking.
  • Audit Quill landing pages for accuracy of information.
  • Work with pricing team for updates on sales collateral.
  • Support Quill acquisition sales channels.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 3+ years of Sales Experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Good decision-making skills
  • Strong computer skills (database, spreadsheets, word processing, CRM)
  • Office 365 and Adobe proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic Marketing experience
  • Strong sales process and methodology
