Job Description
As a Maintenance Supervisor at Lowe's, you'll lead a skilled team in ensuring equipment at the Regional Distribution Center is fully operational. This role combines hands-on maintenance with team leadership, offering a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure multiple equipment types within the Regional Distribution Center are fully operational
Supervise a high performing team in analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing broken equipment
Coordinate new construction and facilitate repair work
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field OR 4 years of experience in distribution center/warehouse operations
Experience with repairing/maintaining conveyors, electro-pneumatic PLC controlled systems, electrical systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, forklifts, HVAC, basic plumbing systems, fabrication/welding
Proven record of complying with safety requirements
Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and electrical schematics
Basic math and reading comprehension skills
Basic computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using power equipment (e.g., forklift, reach truck)
Familiarity with Crown lift equipment
Experience troubleshooting PLC programming
Leadership experience with direct report responsibility
Experience mentoring and coaching others
Experience managing budgets
Previous leadership roles in Lowes supply chain facilities
