Maxis is a place where you can do what you love and help others grow while doing it; As a Senior Game Director, you will work with a large but tight-knit team of enthusiastic industry craftspeople from all walks of life, united by their love for The Sims. You will lead the PM, UX, and Design teams that are developing for the future of The Sims. You will do this by combining insights from market trends, UX research, and player feedback to develop insights and identify product opportunities. You will report to the Executive Producer of the product. Lead UX and Design functions ? Create and lead product planning and execution that drives our primary OKRs: acquisition, engagement, player satisfaction, and more ? Lead a team of highly capable Product Managers, UX, and Designers to be strong contributors. ? Your team will identify and prioritize strategies, and then work with the Executive Producer and Production teams to deliver. ? Work with data, and through the analytical output of others to make data driven decisions. ? Master's degree in Business, Economics or related field. ? 10+ years of experience in Product Management and/or strategy/planning.
