As an Inside Sales Development Specialist at Quill, you will engage with prospects and lapsed customers to drive sales and customer reactivation. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure successful customer acquisition and exceed performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily outbound calls to prospects or lapsed customers
Utilize verbal offers and promotions to capture orders
Identify opportunities to sell and qualify customers
Route qualified leads and sales opportunities to team members
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas
Maintain accurate CRM records

Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
1+ years related experience in sales or service in business-to-business environment
Knowledge of key Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

1+ year of experience in sales or customer service within a business-to-business environment
