Key Responsibilities
Assist patients with intake processes
Manage cashier box and daily deposits
Process walk-in patients and visitors
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Manage medical records and process requests for medical records release
Required Qualifications
6+ months of experience in healthcare or customer service
1+ years working in a medical front office
Experience with medical insurance
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
Knowledge of EMR software
Knowledge of medical terminology
