Key Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with intake processes
  • Manage cashier box and daily deposits
  • Process walk-in patients and visitors
  • Answer phones and schedule appointments
  • Manage medical records and process requests for medical records release

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ months of experience in healthcare or customer service
  • 1+ years working in a medical front office
  • Experience with medical insurance
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of EMR software
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
