Job Description

Join Staples as an Assistant Partnership Manager to drive awareness of Quill business solutions in the public sector. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance partnerships and support sales initiatives, while enjoying a flexible and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create monthly coop marketing collateral and communicate with external partners
  • Manage vendor portals by auditing and updating content
  • Partner with marketing channels for awareness of Quill offerings
  • Act as primary point of contact for contract support
  • Train sales teams on buying group changes and awareness
  • Support conference setup and collateral
  • Audit Quill landing pages for current information
  • Work with pricing team for sales collateral updates
  • Assist with large buying group sales initiatives
  • Attend and support conferences as needed

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 3+ years of Sales Experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable communicating with various audiences
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Good decision-making skills
  • Adaptable to change and fast-paced organization
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with external and internal teams
  • Strong computer skills (database, spreadsheets, word processing, CRM)
  • Office 365 and Adobe proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic Marketing experience
  • Strong sales process and methodology
