Job Description

Join the Youth Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team as a Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician, where you will provide vital support to youth and families facing serious behavioral health challenges. You will work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team, delivering personalized treatment, psychoeducation, and crisis intervention in both home and community settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide treatment to children and families to address clinical needs
  • Engage families in developing and modifying care plans
  • Assess risk and provide crisis intervention services
  • Participate in developing person-centered care plans
  • Collaborate with community providers and other service systems
  • Monitor participant progress and provide ongoing care planning
  • Provide on-call crisis intervention services as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, LCAT) in a Behavioral Health or related field
  • Minimum of one year of experience providing direct services to children with serious emotional disturbance and their families
  • Knowledge of mental illness and substance use disorders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
