Job Description
Join the Youth Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team as a Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician, where you will provide vital support to youth and families facing serious behavioral health challenges. You will work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team, delivering personalized treatment, psychoeducation, and crisis intervention in both home and community settings.
Key Responsibilities
Provide treatment to children and families to address clinical needs
Engage families in developing and modifying care plans
Assess risk and provide crisis intervention services
Participate in developing person-centered care plans
Collaborate with community providers and other service systems
Monitor participant progress and provide ongoing care planning
Provide on-call crisis intervention services as needed
Required Qualifications
Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, LCAT) in a Behavioral Health or related field
Minimum of one year of experience providing direct services to children with serious emotional disturbance and their families
Knowledge of mental illness and substance use disorders
