Job Description
Join BioLife Plasma Services as a Medical Customer Service Representative, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring donor safety and providing high-quality customer service. Key Responsibilities
Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring their safety
Screen new and repeat donors, recording vital signs and results
Use Donor Information System to maintain accurate records
Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement
Work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1 or more years minimum experience in a customer or patient-facing role
Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
Ability to lift up to 32 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
Fine motor coordination and depth perception
Prolonged glove wear due to bloodborne pathogens exposure
