Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring their safety
  • Screen new and repeat donors, recording vital signs and results
  • Use Donor Information System to maintain accurate records
  • Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 or more years minimum experience in a customer or patient-facing role
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
  • Ability to lift up to 32 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
  • Fine motor coordination and depth perception
  • Prolonged glove wear due to bloodborne pathogens exposure
