Schedule

Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30) and Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) shifts with potential rotation to meet operational needs.

Job Description

The HVTI-Stepdown Float Pool seeks a Registered Nurse with 18 months of recent Cardiac Stepdown experience. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a progressive care unit, accommodating shifting operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver caring and precise nursing care to patients in step down units.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing care plans accordingly.
• Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Perform ECG rhythm recognition and medication administration safely.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• MUST HAVE 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty prior to travel.
• Requires a valid Ohio license or compact state license in hand.
• Current AHA BLS & ACLS, and NIH certifications required.
