Job Description
- Evaluate, diagnose, and create personalized treatment plans for patients
- Provide rehabilitative care to restore mobility and improve overall function
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and progress
- Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility and industry standards
- Utilize evidence-based techniques to optimize patient recovery
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Licensure: Active Kansas Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain before start date)
- Certifications: CPR/BLS certification required
- Experience: Open to new grads and experienced PTs; prior experience in a clinical or hospital setting is a plus
