Job Description
Join Zaxby’s as a Restaurant Assistant Manager and lead a dynamic team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will manage daily operations, ensure adherence to policies, and foster a positive work environment while enjoying great benefits and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure great guest experiences and operational standards
Manage daily restaurant operations and team performance
Complete training requirements including food safety and management certification
Create effective work schedules and delegate tasks
Supervise and coach team members
Maintain service, product quality, and cleanliness standards
Handle guest and team member complaints respectfully
Maintain compliance with company policies and local laws
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week
Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Successful completion of background check
Leadership qualities and organizational skills
1-3 years management experience required
Preferred Qualifications
Restaurant management experience preferred
