Job Description

Join Staples as a Senior Inside Sales Team Manager, where you'll lead a dynamic sales team, develop innovative strategies, and drive performance to achieve sales targets. This role emphasizes collaboration and growth, creating a rewarding environment for both associates and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the team/market
  • Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics
  • Track and analyze market/team sales data
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate an inside sales team
  • Conduct coaching sessions and crucial conversations
  • Attend appointments, customer account reviews, and/or trade shows
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management
  • Conduct consistent audits and calibrate team based on business direction

Required Qualifications

  • High School or GED Equivalent
  • 4+ years sales experience
  • 1+ years sales management experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Demonstrated experience leading sales teams in an Inside Sales environment
