Key Responsibilities

  • Guide buyers in sourcing and executing acquisitions
  • Assist sellers with continuity and exit planning
  • Provide expertise on deal execution and due diligence
  • Deliver presentations and workshops for advisors
  • Build a comprehensive business toolkit for advisors
  • Design and deliver interactive workshops
  • Support practice management coaching programs
  • Partner with Society Concierge Consultants
  • Develop expertise in MassMutual’s advisor platform and resources

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8+ years’ experience in financial services or serving small business owners
  • 3+ years of experience working with financial advisors
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10-20% of the time
  • Ability to pass a non-registered fingerprinted background check

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • 2+ years of experience in acquisition or succession planning
  • Deep understanding of issues facing financial advisors as small business owners
  • Advanced expertise in practice acquisitions and succession planning
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Experience delivering consulting engagements involving technical factors and interpersonal dynamics
  • Strong presentation skills
