Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive initial and ongoing assessments of individuals in crisis
Function as a collaborative member of the Crisis Team
Provide therapeutic and case management support
Serve as a liaison to local police and emergency services organizations
Ensure documentation and billing procedures are completed
Work across programs for clients with mental health and substance use disorders
Develop and maintain recovery-oriented therapeutic relationships
Collaborate with clinical team for safety planning
Participate in administrative activities
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy
Three years providing direct services to psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse population
Three years previous experience in assessment, diagnosis, and crisis intervention
LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LADC
Valid Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office products
Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
