LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Care Manager for a travel nursing job in Olympia, Washington.
Facility: Providence Saint Peter Hospital
Location: Olympia, WA 98506
Contract Type: Travel (13 weeks)
Shift: Nights – 3x12 (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
The ER Care Manager RN coordinates patient care and discharge planning in the Emergency Department and across inpatient units. This role ensures patients receive appropriate resources, facilitates care transitions, and manages length of stay and payer requirements.
May occasionally cover day shift Efforts made to keep a regular schedule, but block scheduling not guaranteed WA or Compact RN license (current) REQUIRED
