Join UCHealth as a Community Therapist, where you will provide essential counseling and therapy to patients in both individual and group settings. You will play a key role in assessing patient needs, coordinating discharge planning, and training new team members, all while contributing to the highest standards of behavioral health care.
Key Responsibilities
Implement counseling/therapy for patients in individual and group settings
Conduct interviews and assessments of patients and families
Participate in case reviews and care conferences
Assist with discharge planning and provide community resource referrals
Train new staff, students, and interns as assigned
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
State licensure as LCSW, LPC, MFT, or ACD
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in behavioral health and mental health care
