Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to assigned patients
Clinical leadership and relief charge duties
Supervise and direct staff
Develop care plans and ensure adherence to departmental policies
Administer medications and assist with special tests and procedures
Participate in nursing strategic initiatives
Ensure patient safety and quality care
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
2 years directly related experience
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English and Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
Nationally Certified in area of specialty
