Case Manager needed, ASAP start date and for 13 weeks

5x8 Days 7:30am-4pm, weekdays, some weekends, holidays

Discharge Planning, ortho/neuro surgical unit, ability to handle fast paced unit with multiple discharges and admissions each day

Must have UR experience

BLS required (must be via AHA), CCM or ACM Preferred
Compact or VA license in hand - no exceptions

5 years experience required, travel experience preferred

EPIC Charting REQUIRED
