Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise teachers to create engaging classroom experiences
Ensure the site operates effectively and meets safety and educational standards
Partner with parents to provide the best care and education
Cultivate positive relationships with families, educators, and community contacts
Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts for new families and children
Required Qualifications
At least one year of teaching experience
Ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team
A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference
Outstanding customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
Basic computer proficiency
Read, write, understand, and speak English
