Job Description
As a Senior Consultant at BCG Platinion, you'll lead digital transformation efforts, working directly with clients to develop strategies that drive change and enhance performance. You'll engage with interdisciplinary teams to tackle complex technology questions and deliver innovative solutions that create competitive advantages.
Key Responsibilities
Take end-to-end responsibility for individual modules within client engagements
Develop specialized knowledge to solve clients' problems
Create strategies for change and win buy-in for recommendations
Collaborate with clients on digital and technology questions
Help clients optimize IT practices and implement new processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in information technology, computer science, economics, supply chain, logistics, system engineering, business management/administration, or relevant field
4+ years of practical experience in IT consulting, professional software development, or IT project management
Exceptional learning and ramp up skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills
Ability to work creatively and autonomously in a fast-paced problem-solving environment
Willingness to travel up to 80% to client sites
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with custom software solutions, ecommerce platforms, cloud platforms, and major enterprise software like SAP, Salesforce, Oracle
