In this pivotal role, you'll manage the preparation and execution of all selections-based construction tasks for our residential remodeling and custom home projects. Manage the Selections Process including weekly updates to the Selections Progress Summary (SPS) and posting updates to SharePoint Utilize BuildTools to prepare client sign-offs and issue digital approval documents Review vendor Request for Proposals (RFPs) and coordinate approval packages with the Construction Manager Oversee quality and progress of selections-based construction tasks Communicate site schedules and activities to the Construction Manager for job board updates Support insurance compliance management alongside the Accounting Manager and Construction Manager 5+ years of experience in construction project coordination or custom home building ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel ~ Strong customer service and client-facing communication skills ~ Experience with high-end residential design and construction materials ~ Ability to read blueprints and navigate construction documentation ~ Mileage Reimbursement Paid Time Off (Holidays, Vacation, Sick Days) Wellness Reimbursement/Stipend Retirement Savings Program Year-End Bonus Schedule: Monday - Friday, Full-Time Location: Onsite at SDGA Headquarters (exact location per company site) We value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
