Required Qualifications
At least 18 years of age
5 years of experience in culinary field or culinary degree and 3 years of related experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
Ability to troubleshoot and handle difficult situations
Proficient in reading and understanding recipes
Knowledge of knife skills
Positive and helpful attitude
Excellent guest service skills
Passion for working in the kitchen
Knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology
Food Safety Certification or equivalent
Ability to work with technology (plate costing, CAFÉ system, KDS, Workbrain)
Flexibility to work various shifts
Preferred Qualifications
Vocation School training or High School certification
Culinary Education Degree or Certification from CIA
