Job Description

As the Digital Consumer Experience Strategy Lead at Sanofi, you'll drive innovative digital solutions and consumer experience strategies for R&D transformation initiatives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will set and execute a CX strategy that enhances healthcare accessibility and integration, while leading a dynamic team in a new and evolving function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver CX strategy across digital products
  • Ensure CX Strategy meets agreed upon milestones
  • Define and document overall user experience strategy
  • Mentor and empower the team
  • Represent CX Strategy across the business

Required Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strategic planning for CX
  • Strong business acumen
  • Digital product management skills
  • CX Measurement frameworks knowledge
  • Solid understanding of consumer experience strategy
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • Strong hands-on CX/UX strategist experience
  • Familiarity with pharma/health technology
  • Professional English communication skills
