Key Responsibilities
Champion customer engagement and oversee front store operations
Focus on increasing sales, conversions, and customer service
Provide peer coaching and support to the store team
Own weekly sales and merchandising activities
Perform Floor Leader role directing the team
Complete daily tasks for merchandising and sales opportunities
Assist with operational tasks in partnership with the GM
Required Qualifications
1+ year experience selling retail products or services
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Effective communication skills
Experience coaching a team and/or supervising others
Ability to engage with customers
Organization skills
Ability to manage conflict
Ability to lift/move materials in the 10 - 50 pound range
Ability to climb ladders and stand/walk continuously
