Job Description

Join Quill, a leader in office supplies, as an Enterprise Account Manager. You'll drive sales and growth for a significant account portfolio, leveraging your skills in consultative selling and business development. This is an opportunity to make a real impact in a growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales results for assigned accounts with large sales potential (~$8-10M+).
  • Acquire new business and grow sales while managing current customer base.
  • Map accounts and identify core and specialty category opportunities.
  • Create and maintain understanding of accounts, build strategic growth plans.
  • Utilize enablement tools to keep customer data updated and manage a healthy pipeline.
  • Execute sales strategies through various communication methods including phone and email.
  • Leverage sales methodologies to retain and grow customer base.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years sales experience in Account Management and/or Business Development
  • Must have the availability to travel (up to 4x per year)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience working with large complex accounts
  • Had responsibility for a sales quota and a track record of exceeding quota
  • Managed a complex deal shaping from start to finish
  • Experience with business-to-business sales process
  • Had responsibility to retain and grow accounts
