Job Description
Join Quill, a leader in office supplies, as an Enterprise Account Manager. You'll drive sales and growth for a significant account portfolio, leveraging your skills in consultative selling and business development. This is an opportunity to make a real impact in a growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for sales results for assigned accounts with large sales potential (~$8-10M+).
Acquire new business and grow sales while managing current customer base.
Map accounts and identify core and specialty category opportunities.
Create and maintain understanding of accounts, build strategic growth plans.
Utilize enablement tools to keep customer data updated and manage a healthy pipeline.
Execute sales strategies through various communication methods including phone and email.
Leverage sales methodologies to retain and grow customer base.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
3+ years sales experience in Account Management and/or Business Development
Must have the availability to travel (up to 4x per year)
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Prior experience working with large complex accounts
Had responsibility for a sales quota and a track record of exceeding quota
Managed a complex deal shaping from start to finish
Experience with business-to-business sales process
Had responsibility to retain and grow accounts
