Join Tential as a Customer Service Representative to provide essential banking services and products to credit union members. You will analyze and resolve account issues, assist in loan applications, and help train junior team members while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze, research and resolve problems and discrepancies related to member accounts/loans
Assist members with submitting loan and credit card applications
Counsel members about union products and services
Ensure proper handling of cash and negotiable instruments
Identify opportunities to cross service products
Perform platform banking functions
Assist level I team members
Comply with federal regulations
Perform other duties as assigned
